Kurt's passion is working with entrepreneurs and helping small businesses get stronger and more efficient, which is what brought him to Lucrum. Kurt shares 25 years of accounting and financial management experience with the Lucrum team and our clients, benefitting from a diverse background of consulting, manufacturing, distribution, energy and public accounting companies. His most recent roles included consulting for a national accounting firm, CFO of a regional distribution business, and Corporate Controller of a national retail chain.
Kurt is a native Hoosier. After graduating from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, he moved south, and has spent the past 20 years in Charlotte. He loves to travel and has spent considerable time overseas, and has almost become fluent in Spanish. Kurt also loves to be outside, and is an avid golfer, hiker, camper and runner. He has spent many hours traversing trails in a National Park, sleeping in a tent in a local state park, and running the trails at Colonel Francis Beatty Park in Charlotte. His dream is to one day hike the Appalachian Trail.
