After earning a master’s degree in accounting from Liberty University, Bailey worked in small business performing both administrative and accounting functions including A/P, A/R, inventory, and bank reconciliations. Ready for a change of scenery, she moved to Charlotte from the Virginia area to join the Lucrum team.

An avid sports fan, Bailey is often found watching football and basketball on the weekends and cheering on her favorite team - the Carolina Tar Heels. She enjoys spending time with her family, which usually involves being active and playing sports.
